Are more Black women willing to date white men?
Some Black women love black men. Others absolutely don’t. Honestly speaking, majority of Black women would rather have a Black man by their side than get into Black women White men relationships. They grow up picturing themselves being swept off their feet by a Black knight or married to their Black prince charming. Well, this is what most black women’s preference is and there is nothing wrong with dating who you want. I believe everyone should be given a freedom of choice especially where it concerns matters of the heart because the heart wants what the heart wants.
But there are those who are open to dating outside their race any day. Even some who have been singing the “I can only date a Black man” all their lives have changed the wording of the song and given Black women white men relationships a chance after realizing their Prince charming was from a different race. I mean can you blame such a woman for going against her word after meeting some white male magnet she connected with? The heart wants what the heart wants!
With Black women white men relationships, sometimes I tend to think that maybe – just maybe – the constant media portrayal of Black women being anti interracial dating somehow holds white men back when it comes to them approaching Black women on dating sites. Maybe many white men love the Black woman but it’s the fear of rejection that makes them keep off. And if this is the case, how sure can you be that a woman you like is not open to interracial dating if you don’t talk to her and at least ask? Better still; why not register on an interracial dating site where you will be sure that the women there are out to date interracially – where these women clearly state their racial preferences on their profiles?
In my opinion, more black women are willing to try out black women white men relationships. In fact, more black women are crossing this particular racial line; dating and even marrying white men because they have realized that when it comes to love, you cannot limit yourself… love can find you anywhere… your one true love could come from anywhere. And this is the reason why more Black women are registering on interracial dating sites like Afroromance.com to expand and experience the possibilities of love. And those who are in black women white men relationships are urging the rest to try it too because, they now know that love knows no color.
