Junk At The Car Boot?
Car boot sales seem to be something that everyone seems to take part in at least once in their lifetime but why on earth doe people go to these things? Is it because many people cannot resist a bargain hunt or is it because you get dragged around it on a Sunday morning by your Nan?
Whatever the reason this is are these kinds of sales dying out or are they actually worth going to? Well the simple answer is, its up to you really. There are actually some decent reasons to be going to one of these sales.
Reason 1
You could really pick up a few bargains when you attend one of these sales. The reason is that most people have no idea on how their things are worth and some of these are actually worth a bit of money which is why you should always haggle people for the prices. You can quite often pick up really cheap DVD’s and Video Games for yourself and there are programs on television aimed at looking for cheap antiques in a car boot to sell at auctions for a large profit.
Reason 2
Be nice to the old granny and carry the things that she buys from the nutters that sell things at these car boot sales. Carry the junk around for her and there might well be 50p in it for you.
The Bad Things

It all sounds a bit dodgy if you ask me, scruffy looking people trying to sell you second hand good from the back of a car? The funny thing is it sounds like something the police should be involved in.
Reason 2
The problem is you have no idea if the item works until you get home. This is even more important when it comes to things like DVD's as you will have no chance to see if it works until you get home by which stage you cannot return it.
So if you are thinking about being one of these sellers it could be worth looking into Audi leasing or Van Leasing to make sure you have the room for all the junk. Car leasing is also something else you could look into.
