The Green machine 2 is the next generation Green Machine. In short it is a big wheel tricycle designed for kids 6 years and up (and adults are not immune to the lure of the Green machine either). You might think, what… a tricycle? That’s for little kids isn’t it? Well, yes and no.
You see this tricycle has plenty of unique features that you are unliekly to find on some standard trike. In short, it is a stunt tricycle that gives you the chance to perform all sorts of stunts and maneuvers that will have the adrenaline flowing and have your friends howling and screaming for more.
The machine is made by Huffy Bikes, an American company that has a long track record in innovating new bikes and tricycles (Do you remember the radio bike or more recently the bike fitted with water pistols). The Green machine 2 has a big front wheel (21 inches) that is used to drive the machine forward – the forward thrust. Pedalling the big front wheel, via a crankshaft gives you the forward power. You can generate some handy speed up on a flat surface.
The innovation is in the steering. You have a dual control columns, much like you might see in the cockpit of an aircraft, except times 2. The dual hand controls steer the rear wheels and a disk braking system on the front wheel.
By fiddling with the controls at a decent speed you can get some super stunts, like 180, 360 and 540 degree turns. As the tricycle is so low to the ground and the control system ensures that you keep the center of gravity on the machine in the middle, it is unlikely that you will flip or tip over too. Once a child develops a little confidence in the machine he/she will be able to perform all sorts of stunts and will be eager to think up new tricks.
The Green Machine 2 give children the chance to get heaps of exercise and also develop their confidence and coordination skills as they drive this excitement machine.
