Countering the Bad Effects of Winter on Your Hair

Physical activity is not just perfect to loosen your limbs and strengthen your muscles; it’s also helpful in order for your hair to get nourished efficiently. You can also massage your scalp every morning or every evening to help in letting out the natural oils to your hair.
