What’s the Truth about Hi-Tec Altitude IV Hiking Boots?

You want to know if you can believe all the hype about Hi-Tec Altitude IV Hiking Boots, don’t you? You’ve always had trouble finding a boot that really felt comfortable, lasted as long as they said it would, was waterproof (yet didn’t make your feet stink), and above all, affordable plus free overnight shipping. I don’t know about you, but to me longwearing means how many months or years can you wear them before you have to trash them.

A lot of factors impact this aspect—your weight, type of work you do, how much you wear them. Most people found that the soles wore out before the uppers. One man, who admitted that he was pretty heavy, had to replace them after six months. On the other hand another one wore his for two years and thought he could get another two years on them.

Affordable?

Hi-Tec aims for the mid-price market. If you can keep them for two years, that increases their affordability. Some have liked them so well that they purchased a second pair, extending the life of both.

Many stores sell them online. They may offer discounts, coupons, or just have low prices. To get the best buy from these online stores, I’ve found that the best way is to find someone who knows all about finding the best deals.
